A: Yes, we have experienced designers. Please send the detailed requirements directly.
Q4: How should I supply my own artwork to you?
A: Most preferred format is PDF or Coreldraw vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size).
Q5: Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce until we get your approval of the artwork.
Q6: How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 1-3 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20 days depending on order quantity. We keep some stock for standard items but the stock quantity is always floating. Please feel free to contact us to get more updated information.
Q7: What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
A: Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.
Q8: How about the after-sales service?
A: We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging. If there is any problem with quality, we'd like to provide a replacement in the next order. Please contact us directly without hesitation, your inquiry will be answered promptly.
